Description
‘- Reduction of pure hypercholesterolemia (type IIa) or mixed hypercholesterolemia (type IIb and III) in addition to an adapted and diligent diet. – Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, in addition to other lipid-lowering treatments (notably LDL apheresis) or when such treatments are not available. – Reduction of coronary events in hypertensive patients treated with 3 risk factors in primary prevention, with or without associated hyperlipidemia. – Prevention of coronary and cerebrovascular events in type 2 diabetic patients with another risk factor, with or without associated hyperlipidemia.
